BEFORE YOU FOLLOW, PLEASE READ
I’ve had a fluctuating number of followers lately and it’s starting to drive me insane. I couldn’t care less about being “Tumblr famous”, but when I see my follower numbers fluctuate as much as 20 people per day. It’s become clear to me that most people on here really “judge a book by its cover”, and don’t take time to really care get to know the blogs they’re following.
So if you’re thinking about clicking the follow button on my blog, here are a few things you should know.
1. I do not follow back everyone that is currently following me. I truly believe in following blog that interest me, and some of them just don’t make a good enough impression. Most of the blogs I follow, I came across by chance. So, if you’re following me and you really want me to check out your blog, all it takes is sending me a message.
2. My posts have no pattern/theme whatsoever. They fluctuate depending on my mood or how my week/day has been, but they include everything that I find worth seeing. Photography (especially of nature) can be constantly seen, as well as quotes or inspirational advice; but that’s about it. So if you thoughts photography is my blog’s main focus, and cannot stand seeing anything other than photography on your dash, please don’t bother following. I should note that 80~% of my blog’s “original” content (mainly pertaining to my photos and quotes) do not belong to me and I do source every single one of them.
3. Yes! I am gay!… Let’s just get that out of the way. My blog will include cute (guy) couples, kissing, cuddling, being cute together, etc. I am a romantic and believe that love exists and it has no boundaries. Please note that I will never post anything beyond what would be considered the R rating. I have a younger sister that follows my blog and I wouldn’t like her to see those kinds of things on her dash. Also, I wouldn’t want to look back on my blog someday and find a bunch of porn. So if you’re extremely conservative in your views and cannot stand seeing anything beyond your closed-minded comprehension of love, please don’t bother following.
4. This being my personal blog, I do enjoy every now and then posting rants or random past experiences. Anything that happens to cross my mind and I feel like writing (typing) down somewhere. They vary from a random observation, to some real deep emotional thoughts that go through my head. So if you don’t like “personal” stuff to be seen on your dash every once in a while, please don’t bother following.
